Highland Village Beach Resort, Candolim

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the spacious two-bedroom apartment was a highlight, complete with a large kitchen and three balconies, making it perfect for families. However, I found the cleanliness to be lacking, with the rooms not being properly cleaned during my stay. The location was excellent, being just a short walk from the beach and restaurants, which I appreciated.

My experience at the Highland Beach Resort was quite troubling, as I found myself in a private apartment that was not managed by the reception, which was not what I expected. I encountered numerous issues trying to communicate with the owner and ultimately had to walk a distance just to find Wi-Fi to resolve accommodation problems. Overall, it was a nightmare stay that left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

During my stay, I found the Highland Beach Resort to be a lovely property with clean pools and a comfortable environment. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the made-to-order omelettes. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy and I noticed some minor cleanliness issues at breakfast that could use improvement. Overall, it's excellent value for money, especially considering the nearby dining options and proximity to the beach.
